Blood, Love & Rhetoric Productions will be auditioning for their Russian Night -3 Chekhov short comedies (Swan Song, The Dangers of Smoking Tobacco and an original translation of The Proposal), accompanied by Mongol Dancing and free vodka – this Tuesday, from 1700-2000, at the Prague Film School, Pstrossova 15.
The show will be directed by Jim High and produced by BL&R (who brought you Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead) and will run over mid-Feb and again over mid-March for a total of at least 6 performances.
We are currently looking for one female for our updated version of The Proposal, set in 1990’s Moscow, in the office of a wealthy nouveau riche ‘business’ man:
Natalya Stepanonva, the daughter and secretary, 18 – late 20’s. An alternatively charmingly sweet and savagely fiery ‘princess’.
